ASHIONYE DELIVERS BABY

We’re told singer Ashionye and hubby Carl Raccah have been blessed with a baby boy – less than a year after getting married.
Ashionye had been due for a while; having reached her EDD since May.
Sources say she put to bed yesterday, but no one is able to provide full details for now.
‘My padi for lyf Ashionye don born boy o. Congats honey! He’s so big and healthy’ Nyore, a dancehall act who’s friends with Ashionye wrote on her Twitter page early today; just as friends and fans wrote congratulatory messages on Ashionye’s Facebook wall.
Ashionye was the lead singer of rested girl-group Emete. It is believed she started dating Carl Raccah while the group was signed to Raccah’s Orangootan records; even though she insists that is not the case.

After years of denying having anything to do with Raccah, she exchanged wedding vows with him on August 29, 2009.AS
